How I will come to know i am healthy ? Yes certainly you will feel you are healthy when we start observing our body. Our Body is a super computer it will give all kinds of signals but we are so much busy in our dialy shedule we wont least bother about our body signals.

When something seriousnes happen then to our body, we will start rut to a doctor and start medicines. Ofcourse medicines are life savings many times, but if “we start living in wellness we never reach to illness”
